Every tray, the same temperature

Kernels that dry unevenly enter humidification and peeling at inconsistent moisture levels, which is where broken and damaged kernels come from. Circulatory airflow across the whole batch is what keeps drying uniform tray to tray.

70–75°C batch chamber

Electric or steam fin-tube heating brings the whole chamber to a stable drying temperature, held within 2°C across every tray.

8 circulatory fans

Forced air circulation reaches every tray in the batch, giving 96%+ drying uniformity instead of hot and cold spots.

Tray-loaded batches

Kernels are loaded onto trays and racked into the chamber, sized from 300 kg up to 2,000 kg per batch.

7–9 hour cycle

A full drying cycle runs 7 to 9 hours.

Aluminium/SS304 trays

Chamber sheeting is MS with heat-resistant aluminium paint inside; trays are perforated aluminium or SS304 where kernels make contact.

Direct feed to humidification

Dried kernels transfer straight to the humidification system, keeping the drying-to-peeling window short and consistent.
